Pallets are delivered on a 2-3 working day tail lift service once booked on with the courier, however some orders may experience a slight delay due to high pallet volumes on the pallet delivery networks at present. Delivery to mainland UK addresses, excluding Highlands and Islands post codes – AB, DD, IV, KW, PH and Northern Ireland.
Drivers will do their best to deliver as close to the property as access allows – but we can only guarantee a kerb side delivery. It is not possible to move pallets over loose or uneven surfaces such as gravel and grass, or deliver on steep inclines. Please contact us before ordering if you have any specific delivery requests or restrictions.
