We continue to monitor and adapt to the ongoing situation and latest government guidelines, in order to ensure essential Water Softener Salt and Food Grade Salt deliveries can continue to key commercial, healthcare and domestic customers, who are dependent on their Water Softeners. At present we are able to offer our full product range, services and delivery timescales.
We take the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities we serve very seriously and will adapt our services to the latest advice and guidance from the relevant authorities.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving deliveries are not at an increased risk of contracting the coronavirus, as these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects and surfaces. To help mitigate any risk, we are also implementing the following:
Deliveries being made by our partners including Royal Mail and the Pallet delivery network are currently unaffected but may have some slight changes to services.
In all situations, we will do our best to keep all customers informed with any updates or changes.

Please change my email address on your website. I have been unable to do this online as your website is not allowing me to do it . My details are below. I have just placed an order over the phone with Kathy who has kindly honoured my request to supply me an order. As one of your older customers Sam normally puts the bags around the back, access obtained from the front side of the property and into the shed. Please continue to do this for me.
