It is with regret that we are now unable to deliver to some postcodes.

We are one of the last truly independent family run salt and water softener companies in East Anglia (most are dealerships or tied up to a brand effectively a franchise ) we are not tied to brands or manufactures we sell what is best for our customers and keep our prices low. Independent’s have been blocked from selling Harvey arc machines (encompassing any curved block machine) and the salt blocks that fit them which limits the supply and keeps a higher price and as they are being pushed for new installs this is affecting our routes and making them untenable. We are contacted on a regular basis regarding why we do not stock the arc blocks and this is why.

We thank our loyal customers and if you are outside of the delivery area but have had a softener fitted by us we will still supply you.
